Message issue

[iMore Question]

Having a problem messaging one contact. She sent me a message but when I respond it highlights in green and does not get delivered. Can anyone tell me what's up with that?

Welcome to iMore! If it highlights in green, the other person does not use an iPhone. If they do use an iPhone, then they either have iMessage toggled off in Settings, or they have their phone powered off.
