i need to know how to disable apps while using wifi internet access

There is a problem on my iphone 6s when i share Internet from laptop wifi router. All apps are working automatically and decrease my broadband data package. Anyone give a solution please

This is difficult because your iPhone doesn't know the difference between being connected to your wifi hotspot and being connected to your home wifi. What you could do to limit usage is enable low power mode. It's meant to conserve battery by limiting background processes but I think it could also come in handy in your situation.
To enable low power mode go to Settings > Battery, and then toggle the feature on.
