Why am I able to download Pages for free, but not the rest of iWorks?

You had on your website IMovie free and also Numbers free, When I click on download the $5.99 price comes up. I did download Pages for free. Why is Pages free and the others not?

iWorks (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and iMovie are free for all new iOS devices as of a specific date in 2013. Furthermore, the iCloud version of Pages, Numbers & Keynote is free. Having said that, which iOS device are you using?
