Ipad Air 2 Storage full but not?

My 64Gb Ipad Air 2 shows used 55.5Gb in Storage and ICloud useage but the Apps etc add up to 3Gb and I have used none of the Cloud space. I have no music and no photos on it as use it for work and can't find anyway of identifying or deleting what ever is using 52Gb.

Any help greatly appreciated

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage

This will tell you exactly how much storage space each app or function is occupying. You can delete apps that are space hogs and that you don't regularly need if you'd like. After you're done deleting...I suggest you do a reboot by holding down the home and power button together until the Apple logo appears on your screen, and allow the device to reboot & the OS to "settle".

Thanks but I have already deleted all unused apps and totalling up the remaining only shows about 3Gb used but my storage shows 55Gb used. I did the reset to no affect. There is 52Gb that I cant identify or delete. Any other ideas?
