can i restore my notes if they are not backed up on iclouds?

My iPhone was connected to my computer and I did not have a back up set up (no iclouds). I placed some notes on my iPhone last night. My contacts and my notes were removed. How can I get them back.

If they are not backed up and are not associated with an email account, I doubt you'll be able to retrieve them.

How were they removed? Are you saying you never had an iCloud account? If you have iCloud, it may back up automatically by default. Have you checked that in Settings >iCloud?
