Why can't i hear the one i call?

After an update i can't hear the ones I call and if I play music on my Iphone 6 theres no sound. If I turn up the speakers on the side it says headphones...Please help me...

There's a chance that your headphone jack is stuck.

Most likely suspect is lint.

Try cleaning out the port with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip if all else fails go to an Apple Store and have your device checked out
