I was Instagram and I clicked on shared URL and on my screen a green tag said copied to clipboard. How do I get there?

If your using an app such as clips then you need to open that app to see the URL but if you just copied or cut the URL all you need to do is long press in any text field and choose Paste and the URL will appear there
