Sound, home buttons & sim all not working ? iPhone5

My phone was on charge and was knocked off the table, it took a hit to the side. The sound and home button no longer work along with the sim, all the phone says is "searching" I've taken the sim out & put it back in. Is there anything I can do!? Thanks in advance

Welcome to iMore! You can try resetting your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. Hopefully that fixes your problem but it's possible your phone is simply broken.

Yes, you can make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them fix your iPhone 5 for you.
