iPad screen gone after update

Updated iPad with latest update. Now the only thing on my screen is the time in really big numbers. That's it. Nothing else.

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried doing a quick hard reset? Hold down the power button and home button until you see the Apple boot logo. If you're still having issues it would be a faulty iOS installation. In that case, restore your iPad through iTunes.
