apple music available offline

I use to be able to make my Apple Music available offline by clicking the 3 dots then clicking make available offline but now when I play a new song and I try to do this it doesn't show up with all the opinions like add to playlist and make available offline

Welcome to iMore! There's a little trick to it.
1. From the Now Playing screen tap on the three dots in the corner

2. Tap on the little right arrow to bring up the album view

3. Tap the + button to add it to your music

4. Tap the download button to make it available offline

It seems like the Music app is trying to encourage the user to add entire albums/playlists rather than individual songs.
