Is there any apps or suggestions for multiple tapping?

There is a game for tapping, the more you tap the richer you got. I got tired of tapping, so is there any thing that make you just only hold your finger on the screen and it auto tapping for you ?

I doubt it, only because iOS controls the multitouch interface, not the app developer.
