I just bought an audiobook for my ipod but don't know how to download it

You should have the download button there in iTunes, if you have purchased it.

You can get to these on your iPod Touch by opening iBooks. Open the iBooks app, click My Books, then click on "All" or "Books" at the top of the screen, and change it to Audiobooks. You can tap on the book to listen to it. If it's not there, check the "Purchased" button at the bottom.
