Welcome to iMore! The dictation mic does not work? Do you have Siri toggled on in Settings? It should be on. Go to Settings > General >Siri > Toggle on

If the above doesn't get your dictation back then try a Hard Reset of your device

Ahh, there's this now. Go to Settings > General > Keyboards > scroll down and toggle "enable dictation" on.
