Blind mode

The screen is black and the phone is on and the voice is funny sounding. How do I get everything back?

What did you do to it? Did you drop it in water? Maybe, if it is android or other operating systems, take the battery out and check the battery. I had an LG Breeze and I went for a shower, so my dog chewed it and the battery had cracked at the connection. If that is the case, you either need a new batter, depending on how old the phone is, or a new phone altogether.
