my iphone 5 is not allowing me to craete apple id and i cant download any app there is no option of password setting in itunes and icloud please help me so that i can download app without apple password ?

Try creating an Apple ID on a computer if it is not working on your phone. If you are trying to download and app from the App Store or iTunes, you will need an Apple ID to do that. Once you have an Apple ID, when you go to download an app, it will ask for the password.
