Drive recommendations for a late 2011 iMac

I just finished testing a clients system with Scannerz and it reported 3 bad sectors and a ton of weak sectors. The customer won't let me put in an SSD/HDD combo to make a fusion because he wants the optical in places. A large SSD is out of the question because of price and he needs over 1GB of storage (photographer).

This leaves me with either another old style, but hopefully faster new HDD or a hybrid. I'm pretty familiar with most of the HDDs on the market but I'm not that familiar with hybrids.

Can anyone recommend or give me advice on a a good, reliable hybrid?

Quick suggestion... OWC internal drive options for iMac late 2011

Just get a well spec'd 2GB replacement HDD and make sure he has a good backup solution in place. That will give the customer exactly what he wants. SSDs are fine when capacity is not an issue, and it's too early in the game for Hybrids.
