My touch id isn't even showing up to allow me to add another figer print

I only have 3 on there and when I tried to add another one the finger that usually shows up and show you your progress didn't appear like usual. I recently dropped my phone in the toulet so I took it appart and took out the battery and SIM card so that it could dry, after 2 days when i turned it back on my touch id isn't working but my home button is

Seems like the sensor may have water damage.
