Why can't Siri set a reminder?

When I ask Siri to remind me of something, she says she is having problems (or some variation of that). I have a iPhone 6s Plus, bought 12-8-15 from the Apple Store. I have yet to be successful in getting Siri to set a reminder.

I don't know what to tell you because I don't have any problems with Siri setting reminders. You can try resetting all settings, restoring your device and setting it up as new or speak slower.
