Why can't I use safari on my I pad to get to the Internet?

There are 4 computers on the network. Desktop, laptop, 2 I pads and 2 network printers. All but the one I pad is working correctly.

I assume a limitation has been placed on the number of devices or the actual device allows to access the internet via the network you mentioned.
