Another option for restoring it (assuming that you'd like to get it out of disabled status) there is an unofficial application for Mac and pc called Recboot. Plug in your phone hit enter recovery and then let iTunes do its thing. I don't have an official site for the application but I have seen it floating around on jailbreak sites from time to time.

After it's up and running turn on Assistive Touch ( Settings> General> Accessibility> Assistive touch) It lets you use an on screen floating software button for all of the physical buttons and their combinations. It's meant for people with motor function issues to use the capacitive screen instead but it may help you get around and lock your screen.
