Mail App Issues

Ever since updating to ios9 the mail app does not "push" email like its intended. I have an exchange account setup and I have to open the app to see new messages. Are there any fixes for this? It's extremely frustrating.

You can try deleting the account and then re-configuring it. You can also try going to through the Mail settings to make sure everything is set correctly.

Have tried both of those methods with no success...
