Why does my iphone 5 didn't work after battery was drained

while charging , apple logo appeared but it seems like it's updating but until now it's not working, screen appeared so weird, having black & white.

Please help, i don't know what to do to reset all apps.

Welcome to iMore! I'm not sure what's happening. It sounds like your battery is dead or dying. Try a Hard Reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

If you still have problems with it, I suggest a new battery or new phone.
