live wallpaper not woring on iso9.1 before it has worked on iso9 but not cant selct live button when i try to set wallpaper

Welcome to iMore! Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simulatneously until you see the Apple boot logo. See if that fixes our problem. Also make sure you have 3D Touch enabled on your device.

Mine still works in 9.1. Why can't you select the live button? You mean tapping the middle to make it yellow doesn't work? Try a hard reset as suggested above!
