How can I find the Messages app on my iPhone?

I need help to put it back on to my phone
So I can message people
I used to iMessage people
But I can not getting it back on so I can do it again
Can u help me to do that

Welcome to iMore! The Messages app can't be removed as it's a stock iOS app. What happens when you try to access the app?

If you don't see the messages app, check in all your folders. It's there somewhere.

You can also use Spotlight to help you find it. Just search for "messages". Here's how to use Spotlight:
