I have an iphone 5s not transferring all contacts to 2015 Honda Accord

my iphone 5s with IOS 9.1 syncs to my 2015 Honda Accord but not all of my contact transfer starting with the S's. It work perfectly with my 2012 CRV but not the new 2015 Accord. I have tried several things and call Honda support but nothing seems to work. Suggestions are most welcome.

Is there a sync limit with the vehicle? Have you tried un-pairing and then re-pairing your iPhone to your car?
