iOS 9.1 notes upgrade

Time stamps on all of my saved notes are now gone after upgrading my notes app post iOS 9.1 upgrade. I NEED those time stamps, how can I retrieve time stamps on notes that were changed during notes app "upgrade"?!?!?

Welcome to iMore! All my time stamps are still there. Do you have your notes synced with iCloud? If not, go to Settings >iCloud > Toggle Notes on. If you are synced to an email account like Gmail, toggle that off.

You might try a hard reset by
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
