Is there a way to find my stolen iphone when it says that all devices are offline?

My iphone got stolen on 10/20/2015, and I am trying to track it. I cloud tells me that all devices are offline. Id there a way to still track my iphone?

Welcome to iMore! Have you enabled Lost Mode using Find iPhone on iCloud.com? If the device it turned on it will lock it and keep it from being reactivated. Unfortunately, there's no other way to find your phone unless someone turns it on. Good luck!
