Why does call history from my iPhone appear in my iPad's FaceTime history as different numbers?

Various 024 ****** and 043 ****** numbers appear in my iPad's FaceTime caller history. When I check the info on it it just shows 'answered on a different device'. I'm based in the UAE. All UAE numbers appear as the actual phone number.

I don't know and I've yet to experience anything like that. Is it possible that someone is using your device and also using the FaceTime audio feature to call the same numbers you've called or have received calls from?
