cydia jailbrake on iphone 6 erase all content

I as stupid as I am installed the cydia jailbrake and after 6 months of having it I decided I didn't want it anymore so I erased all content and settings without doing research and now y phone is stuck on logo screen with a progress bar underneath it can anyone help me figure this out so I can access my phone again

You will need to do a DFU mode restore, then sync over all of your data/restore from iCloud. There are no other options.
