I have an iPhone 5s. I turned on my cellular connection, enabled by hotspot connected to my PC USB port. I recognized my iPhone as the wi-fi network connection. Everything worked flawlessly, meaning I was able to browse the web and other programs.
Since I disconnected as a personal hotspot I have been unable to access any website, I also noticed that the banner line at the top of the phone show my battery charge indicator as a white icon. I don't believe that was the case before the hotspot (just a small detail)
I've done reset all settings, reset network settings...still no success.
