Alerts for appointments will not allow 2nd alert to be after 1st alert

When I try to alert myself for an appointment 1 hour beforehand and then set a 2nd alert for 30 minutes before, the alerts either reverse themselves or both set themselves for the same time. What's up?

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. It's a bug & it's driving me crazy. I can't wait til they fix it
