Is there an app for the Watch to alert you when your iPhone is not in range?

My sister lost her iphone 5s in her workplace. So if this app actually exists wold be awesome. Only sounds and alerts when you wear the iwatch. I think this can help to prevent lost our idevices. The app actually exists?

There is the stock ping feature. If you swipe up from your watchface, the left most screen with your settings on it, there's a control on the bottom left side with a picture of an iPhone. Tap it and it will make your iPhone make a tone. Long press it and you'll get the tone plus flashing LED. There's also find my iPhone if that's enabled on the iPhone. I'm not sure there's an app that you can download to track your iPhone from your watch though. I haven't looked into it.

I'm not aware of any such app, but the information above by metllicamilitia should be sufficient for your sister.
