Can not answer Apple Watch
There are a few things you can try-
1) try a hard reset on the watch
2) unpair the device and re-pair
3) unpairing and setting watch up as new
Mine had an issue after the WatchOS 2 update, where I had a similar issue. For me, I had to unpair and re-pair it, and that seemed to fix it. It makes it hard to figure out because if it's software that's causing the issue, it could either be the watch or the phone causing the problem.
If none of that works, I'd contact AppleCare for further assistance.
