How to view Beats 1 upcoming page?

Ever since the update to iOS 9 tapping Beats 1 banner in Apple Music doesn't open the Beats 1 upcoming, past and now playing page, but just starts playing the station. The button on the banner to listen now has also disappeared. There doesn't seem to be any way to open the Beats one page on either my phone or ipad. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if being subscribed to Apple Music makes a difference though.

I'm also subscribed and have automatic renewal on. I tried signing out and back in, no luck. This is the banner I see, which just starts the station when tapped:

Have a feeling It might be region related (from South Africa), anyone else have this issue?
