Is Quick Reply to text in iOS 9.0.2 working for you?

On my iPhone 6s running iOS 9.0.2 when I click a text banner, it opens Messages instead of displaying the Quick Reply box as before. Anyone else experiencing this?

If you tap it then it opens the app. You pull down to quick reply. It's been like that since iOS 8 I believe.

Would SWEAR that tapping on it gave the reply box, but I have been wrong before (just ask my wife). Swiping down gives me the box. Huzzah!

Think of it more as pulling it down, rather than swiping.
