Forgot my Itouch password

Have iPhone 6 Plus. Somehow turned off phone. But when I tried to get back in using thumbprint, it demanded the Touch ID Password BUT I do not remember it!!!!. I have already tried all the 4 digit passwords I can think of and it disables me every time. Apple told me after SIX tries it is disabled permanently!!!

Put your phone in DFU mode, restore it using iTunes, then restore your backup.
