Google/Yelp page saved as contact?

I have a pizza place in my contacts that looks just like the Google and Yelp search result for that pizza place. My question is...how the hell did I do that?

Some hits give you the opinion to add to your contacts and you must have tapped it by accident it's happened to me before it's a sneaky marketing tool

So I figured out it's the Apple Maps view. It's the weirdest thing...the contact looks exactly like the search result. The contact even has the option to add the contact. I tried looking up the same place on my wife's iPhone and I can't get it to display the same in her contacts, even if I tap the 'add to contacts' option.

Oh, and I put it in airplane mode and the extra info is still there.

I've had several Gmail contacts do that way as well as a few who used Gravatar.
