Purchasing your OS 9 & Watch OS publication

I tried two times to purchase and download your OS 9 & Watch OS publication, however, either it didn't work, or I bought it two times... in any event, I cannot locate it in the Book app on my iPad, or iPhone.

The iBooks Store won't let you buy something twice... check under Purchased on the iBooks App.
