No phone after updating to iOS 9

Updated 6 plus to iOS 9 and lost telephone use. Cannot find my Sprint account just shows searching in upper left corner. Sprint store couldn't fix it and ordered new phone. Current 6 plus only 10 months old. Anyone else have this happen to them. Will see if Sprint tries to charge me for replacement phone.

Did Sprint do any troubleshooting at all? Like swap SIMs?

Usually with that sort of problem they should try and switch sims to see if thats the problem. If not could be a provisioning problem... Did they do anything?
