how can i fix my instagram notification error

when i go to push notifications on my iPhone 5s it says, "oops an error occurred.''
So now i don't get my notifications for some reason.

Try going yo your instagram settings under Notifications and log out turning off notifications. You may need to even reinstall the app, Go back in and turn Notifications for Instagram back on ands if it works now. Should ask if you want Push notifications.
