How come when I send an iMessage it says delivered but then once I go back to the text it's gone?

Like my iMessage lets me send a text but sometimes it says sending... Then once I go to another app then come back to see if it is sent, there's nothing there. Last time this happens I had to make another iCloud. Do I have to make another one again?

No. Why would you make another iCloud? What do you mean by "nothing there"?. Did the recipient receive the text? It doesn't always show "delivered".

Does that happen with everyone, or one particular person? Do they have an iPhone?

Yes, it's been happening to everyone that I text lately and they do all have iPhones. This happened before , and I had to make another iCloud then it was acting regular again

Don't make another account, that's wrong for so many reasons.

Just disable iMessages in setting and re-enable it.

Alternatively, you can go to Settings - General - Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings". If the problem persists just take some time to restore your device and set it up as new. Afterwards, sign in to iCloud, iMessage & FaceTime using your current iCloud ID and passcode.
