Why am I unable to download any apps?

I've been trying to download some app updates, but it's impossible. I always get the horrible message: Unable to download.

I've restarted the device, log out/log in Apple ID, quit all apps and no positive outcome.

Any advice?

Try downloading via iTunes on computer and sync to your device(s)...
