    I keep getting a message that the back up can not be completed. I've compared my phone's settings with my husband's phone. They are identical. His backs up. Mine used to. I have plenty of storage in iCloud- in fact bought more even though I don't seem to need it.

    Is your device connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi during the times you're attempting to back up to iCloud?
