How can I know if someone has read a text message?

I would like to find out if someone has read a text message I sent to them. Thank you for your help.

The only way you will know is if that person has the 'read receipts' function turned on. Or you can just ask them..

If you're jailbroken you can try the tweak Typestatus

It's better if you don't know because if you see they read it & then they don't respond, it'll tick you off lol
