US resident, traveling with a US iTunes account in other countries. What happens?

I plan to travel internationally for a few weeks this holiday season. (US resident). While I am abroad, does the Apple Music service quit working or apps not able to download due to international content restrictions? What if I bring my AppleTV? Does content or channels get blocked due to the IP address?

My dad has been overseas the past 6 weeks and I'm sure he would have complained to me by now that he wasn't able to download apps.

I can't speak about Apple Music or the Apple TV. Someone else will chime in.

I just got back from overseas and as long as you have internet connectivity you will have access to Apple Music and the App Store.

Streaming to an AppleTV might have some issues with certain content being restricted... think sports streams...
