Can you restrict calling certain users on FaceTime?

Is it possible to restrict certain users calls on FaceTime?
(ex. You have FaceTime but you want to make sure that people you don't know call you and get info on you.)

You can Block a number. When you block, it includes blocking Facetime calls. Is that what you mean?
How would they get info on you?
