i buy iPhone 4S from a friend,

i already use it for two weeks, then after two weeks, it has been shut down and when i turn it on, and connect to a wifi, i found out that the iPhone has linked to other id...how can i set it up using my own apple id?

The person u bought it off will have too sign out of their iCloud account or u can get their info. Until then it's basically useless. Hope it works out for u

but i dont have any contact with him because that mobile was from her sister and gave it to him, but he doesnt know how to create apple id, thats why he sold the phone.

If I understood correctly, he got it from his sister & he never set up a Apple ID ? Can u contact his sister ? If not, the phone is pretty useless at this point.
