How can I delete Apps in iTunes but leave them in my iPhone?

iTunes is taking too much space in my computer, and I want to delete some files. I chose to delete Apps, but I'm not sure if my Apps in iPhone deletes, too.
Is there any tip for reducing the space that iTunes take in my computer??

If you delete the apps that you've synced or transferred over to your computer, they will not be deleted from the iPhone without you deleting them. Even if they somehow get deleted, you can always go to the 'Purchased' section of the App Store on your iPhone and re-download them free of charge.
