How do I print a photo from my phone to come out to be a 4x6?

after I edit the lighting and orientation on my photo i want to fit it into my 4x6 frame but it keeps printing it to an 8x10 which is too big

From what device? What App?

You'd need to do it from an app on a device that allows you to specify the page size... there are plenty of apps for computer that can do that... you'd just need to open the photo in the app.

iOS doesn't let you do this directly, but search the App Store for "Print to Size" which is made for this purpose!

Depending on the printer, it may have an onscreen menu setting that will allow for what you're seeking.
