What can I do if I'm unable to read the serial number on my Lifeproof nuud case in order to get a replacement?

according to the lifeproof website, you need to have the serial number to request a new case. my serial number that is inside the case is worn out and I cannot read the number. my model is the nuud for the iPhone 5s and I bought it about 8 months ago.

Exactly, kch50428, and just because a 3rd-party item is made for the iPhone, it doesn't mean it's an iPhone or an Apple problem. Therefore, OP, if the folks at Lifeproof can't help you, then you're on your own.
